Disruptor Flute: Name It to Disrupt

Disruptor Flute, an artifact with Flash, slips into play and asks you to name a card as it enters. Any spell or ability using that name becomes harder to execute because spells with the chosen name cost 3 more to cast. On top of that, activated abilities of sources with the chosen name can't be activated unless they're mana abilities. In practice, this gives you a window to slow a key threat while you maneuver your own plan.
