Delney on Watch

Delney, Streetwise Lookout is a compact commander for tactical white lists. This 2 2 Human Scout punishes boards that rely on big bodies by letting your low power creatures slip past blockers that are larger. The card rewards careful construction of token engines and creatures with small but meaningful triggered abilities.

In play Delney changes how combat and value lines resolve. Creatures with power 2 or less become reliable evasion tools while their triggered abilities double up, giving recurring value across turns. The flavor fits Karlov Manor neatly a quiet observer who turns small moves into consistent advantage without fanfare.
