Conservatory — Urban Greenhouse
Conservatory is a practical addition to a city guild mana base. It enters the battlefield tapped so you plan sequencing around your early plays. Once untapped it taps for either green or white mana which keeps your color requirements flexible and smooths out double color costs in multi colored decks.
The second ability turns mana into card advantage. For four mana and tapping Conservatory you Investigate, creating a Clue token that you can later sacrifice for a card. That lets you convert late game mana into card selection without overcommitting the board. In limited play this land supports slower starts and gives you a reliable route to answers. For constructed lists it serves as color fixing and a small long game engine with its Investigate option.
