Connecting the Dots rewards attack steps with hidden value. Each time a creature you control attacks you exile the top card of your library face down so you build a private stack of surprises you cannot inspect. That exile engine pressures opponents and taxes your sequencing while keeping opponents uncertain about your next draw.
When the timing is right you can pay one and a red mana, discard your hand and sacrifice Connecting the Dots to return every card exiled under it to their owners hands. This converts accumulated secrecy into immediate advantage. Use it in token or aggressive builds where multiple attacks accelerate the exile pile and the mass refill restores options at a pivotal turn.
