Coalition Relic
Coalition Relic is a versatile mana rock well suited for Commander decks that lean on multiple colors. It costs three colorless mana and offers two taps: one to generate colorless mana and one to accumulate charge counters. When you reach your precombat main phase, you can remove all charge counters and convert them into colored mana, one for each counter.
In practice this lets you smooth out your mana base while preserving color flexibility for your key spells. The relic shines in multi color strategies by turning stored power into a burst of mana exactly when you need it. Lore wise, it’s said to be forged by a coalition of scholars and guilds who bound their mana into a single artifact, a shared reservoir that rewards patience with a decisive turn.
