Blood Oath Blessing
Canonized in Blood is a compact enchantment that rewards graveyard interaction. The card reads as a simple engine. If you descended during the turn it grants a +1/+1 counter at your end step so small creatures scale without extra mana investment. In grindy midrange or sacrifice shells the recurring counter is reliable synergy with creatures that care about +1/+1 counters.
The printed sacrifice ability converts late game mana into a sizable air threat. Paying five, a white and black hybrid and sacrificing Canonized in Blood creates a 4/3 white and black Vampire Demon with flying that can close out stalled boards or shift race calculations. In Lost Caverns of Ixalan lore the rite binds redemptive and predatory forces, an effect that plays well in decks built around sacrifice, resurrection or token creation.
