It enters tapped so you lose a beat, but its enter the battlefield trigger immediately deletes an opponent graveyard from the game. In Commander this reads as a single clean answer to landfall loot, recursive combos, and any graveyard that has become a fallback resource for an opponent. The timing matters. You get to exile a target player graveyard on entry which can interrupt a plan before it resolves further.
Use it as a toolbox land in black decks that need a resilient way to stop dredge or stop a reanimation axis. It still taps for {B} once online so it contributes to color fixing.
