Akroma's Will is a compact instant that reads like a commander era anthem. Cast for {3}{W} it lets you choose one mode or both when you have a commander in play. The first mode grants your creatures flying, vigilance, and double strike until end of turn which converts a ground board into an aerial threat and pressures blockers and life totals in a single stroke. The second mode supplies lifelink, indestructible, and protection from all colors until end of turn which stabilizes a wide board and shields key attackers or blockers from removal.
In practical play this card is flexible and timing dependent. Use it on an attack step to convert token armies into lethal threats or hold it to save a critical creature from sweepers and targeted removal.
