Shipping Operations Manager
Location: (Local Moscow Idaho)
Hours: Full Time

We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Shipping Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our shipping operations. This role combines operational leadership, systems management, and direct fulfillment execution. Approximately half of the role focuses on managing and improving shipping tools, automation, and processes, while the other half involves physically handling and shipping higher-value packages with accuracy and care.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, cost-conscious, process-driven, and experienced with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and international shipping workflows. This person will play a key role in driving the next level of efficiency, scalability, and reliability within our shipping department.
Responsibilities include:
Shipping Operations & Fulfillment
Prepare, pack, and ship high-value customer orders with precision and attention to detail
Manage daily shipping operations across USPS, FedEx, UPS, and international carriers
Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, customs forms, and shipment tracking
Coordinate occasional freight shipments and carrier scheduling
Monitor shipping performance, delivery timelines, and issue resolution
Systems & Automation Management
Own and manage ShipStation configuration, workflows, and automation rules
Continuously improve shipping processes through automation and operational efficiencies
Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve throughput and accuracy
Maintain shipping integrations and troubleshoot platform-related issues
Collaborate with operations leadership to optimize fulfillment workflows
Cost Control & Vendor Management
Minimize shipping costs while maintaining delivery reliability and service quality
Evaluate carrier rates, shipping methods, and packaging efficiencies
Track and manage shipping supply inventory, ordering, and usage
Develop strategies to reduce waste and improve operational margins
Insurance & Claims
Handle shipping insurance processes and assist with carrier claims as needed
Investigate lost or damaged shipments and coordinate resolutions
Maintain documentation related to claims and shipment exceptions
Qualifications
5+ years of shipping, fulfillment, or logistics experience
Strong knowledge of USPS shipping workflows and services
Working knowledge of FedEx, UPS, and international shipping procedures
Experience using ShipStation (or equivalent software), including automation setup and workflow optimization
Familiarity with freight coordination is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable physically packing and handling higher-value shipments
Ability to lift packages and work in a hands-on warehouse/shipping environment
Analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing inventory accounting, and ensuring timely reporting across all business units. The position supports daily accounting operations, monthly close, cash flow visibility, and operational alignment between purchasing, sales, and inventory.
Responsibilities include:
Financial Operations & Reconciliation
Manage and reconcile 25+ bank and credit card accounts monthly
Perform month-end close, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financials
Maintain petty cash, register/till balancing, and daily transaction accuracy
Track and reconcile all incoming and outgoing cash flows
Accounts Payable, Payroll & Compliance
Process and pay vendor bills; track prepaid expenses

Track in-transit inventory and ensure proper balance sheet adjustments
Vendor & Consignment Management
Maintain account balances and reconciliation for 10+ vendors
Track and process consignment payouts and referral payments
Ensure all vendor transactions are properly recorded and aligned with inventory and cash
Reporting & Financial Visibility
Produce weekly reports: P&L, balance sheet, sales, KPIs, and scorecards
Maintain and update weekly cash flow reporting

Loan & Liability Tracking
Track all loans, repayments, and related schedules
Ensure liabilities are properly recorded and reflected in financial statements

Seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day cleanliness, organization, and supply management. This role also includes property management and cleaning responsibilities for short-term rental (Airbnb) properties. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining professional, welcoming spaces and can work independently with minimal supervision.
This is a full-time position. The regular schedule will be determined based on business needs,
Airbnb booking calendars, and seasonal demand. Some flexibility in hours may be required,
including occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate guest check-in/check-out times
Responsibilities include:
Facility Cleaning & Maintenance:
Perform routine cleaning and upkeep across 4 different locations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the company warehouse, including sweeping,
trash removal, and general tidiness of storage and shipping areas.
Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly.
Ensure all spaces are presentable and meet company standards at all times.
Supply Ordering & Inventory Management:
Order, receive, and stock cleaning supplies, restroom essentials, and other operational

Serve as the primary point of contact for the cleaning and management for 2 Airbnb
rental properties.
Perform thorough turnover cleanings between guest stays, including linens, kitchens,
bathrooms, and common areas.
Inspect properties before and after guest stays to ensure quality standards and identify
any damage or maintenance issues.
Manage supplies and inventory for each rental property (toiletries, linens, cleaning
products, welcome amenities, etc.).
Coordinate any necessary repairs or maintenance with appropriate service providers.
Maintain full accountability for the condition, readiness, and guest-facing presentation of
all managed properties
Qualifications
Required:
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between company locations and Airbnb
properties in the Moscow, Idaho area.
Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness and organization.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks across
multiple locations.
Basic organizational and inventory management skills.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for
extended periods, bending, and reaching.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred:
Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, property management, or
Airbnb hosting.
Experience with supply ordering or vendor coordination.
Familiarity with Airbnb hosting standards, turnover processes, or short-term rental
